     Every month, Vigan City  celebrated different festivals like longganisa and binatbatan festival. This festivals aim different activities that the residence of Vigan City can be part of it and this month is the month month were world heritage cities solidarity cultural festival will be celebrated.

     Every September, Vigan City celebrates the World Heritage Cities Solidarity Cultural Festival. This festival aims to strengthen the pride in the city's history and culture,promote friendship and diversity between countries and serves as a great venue for forging ties and understanding through community's involvement in the city;s various activities that highlights love for culture, arts and entertainment. The festival is rooted in Vigan City being part ofthe organization of World Heritage Cities, an organization founded on September 8, 1993 in Fez,Marocco, to unite cities included in the United National Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World heritage list. In this festival there are different activities like street dancing, sarsuela and many more.

   Unity is strength were there is teamwork and colaboration, wonderful things can be achieved. Vigan city is preserving our culture so we must take care of it.
